A. We have been operating Childcare Learning Centers since 1999 under the Children of America® name but management has combined experiences in child care of over 70 years. We currently have centers under development in approximately seventy cities.
Q. Where Does Children of America® plan to open additional centers?
A. Our strategy is to grow our centers in a cluster format based on market demographics and other strategic information.
Q. How much is the franchising fee and royalty?
A. The franchising fee is $25,000 and the royalty is 7%.
Q. How much does it cost to open a Children of America® Child Care Learning Center?
A. Including franchise related fees and working capital, the approximate cost is between $151,500 and $604,000 for a leased location. The cost is obviously higher if you choose to own the building and property.
Q. How large is a Children of America® typical child care center?
A. Our typical location is 8,000 - 12,600 square feet of interior space. Locations may vary in size depending on a number of variables which may include state, county and city zoning laws or ordinances

Q. How long will it be before I can open my Children of America® Child Care Center?
A. This varies according to many features such as zoning, local laws and construction time. From the time you are granted a franchise to the time your center opens should range from 12 - 36 months.
Q. What kind of return on my investment can I expect?
A. You should refer to Item 19 of our Franchise Disclosure Document for information relating to financial performance. We do not authorize Children of America® representatives to provide other numbers.
Q. May I be awarded more than one Children of America® Learning Center?
A. Yes, Children of America® will allow successful franchisees to open additional centers.
Q. What type of support can I expect?
A. Our program is designed to guide you from the time you are awarded your franchise until you open for business, with continuing support for as long as you have your Children of America® Learning center. We're with you every step of the way.
Q. What type of training will I receive?
A. You will receive classroom and field training as well as on site. Using our proven techniques, you will learn all you need to know about operating a profitable Children of America® Learning Center. We offer continuing education for franchisees and their staff throughout the year. Additionally, our operation staff will be at your Learning Center throughout the year to guide you. We are always just a phone call away.
