Health & Wellness Plan

Medical and Dental: Regular Full-Time [FTE] employees are eligible for a number of medical and dental options to ensure you attain your maximum good health level. COA's comprehensive health insurance coverage options include doctor's office visits, dental visits, preventive care (with opportunities for health risk assessments and wellness programs), hospitalization, inpatient and outpatient services, mental health, chiropractic visits and substance abuse treatment, urgent/emergency care, and prescription drug coverage. Medical options vary by region/state. We also provide affordable healthcare coverage for family members. All medical options stand in compliance with the Affordable Care Act.

Vision Plan: A comprehensive and affordable eye-care plan covers routine exams to maintain eyesight and detect potentially serious health conditions including glaucoma and diabetes (U.S. only).

Time off includes paid/unpaid holidays (9 in a calendar year), vacation, and sick time. Paid vacation and sick time is made available to all full-time employee who meets eligibility.

Life, Accident, & Disability Insurance: Supplemental insurance coverage provides financial security in the event of an accident or illness. The company offers such coverage to eligible employees during their first 90 days. Most of these coverage plans are "Guarantee Issue" plans for new hires, which means their application is automatically approved if they choose to enroll.
