Newsletter - Dear Family

April showers bring May flowers! The school year is already coming to an end! Our Pre-K class is getting ready for their graduation ceremony and are so excited! The ceremony will take place on Friday, May 17th at 3:00PM. There are a few things to consider with the month of May. The weather is becoming nicer and children are enjoying their outside time. If you wish for your child to have sunscreen applied, please bring in a clearly labeled bottle. Also, check with management to ensure you have a permission form on file. Also, please ensure your child always has an appropriate change of clothes in his/her cubby. May will also contain our teacher appreciation week. If you appreciate our teachers as much as we do, see management for what you can do to contribute to this week! It's going to be a great month here at Children of America! Bealeton Management

Measurement: We measure to figure and compare height, length, and width; area and volume; time; etc. Measurement is expressed in conventional units such as inches and feet, ounces and pounds etc. But children may express height as,” Five bowls high!” SO, measure things! Use a ruler, a hand, a shoe or spoon. But measure! Talk about time!
