Newsletter - Dear Family

Thanksgiving is a special time at COA! We will have our Thanksgiving Feast on Thursday, November 21st at 11:15am. This is a time when the children prepare a feast for friends and family! Parent Teacher Conferences - We will have parent/teacher conferences the week of November 25th. You will find sign up sheets on the classroom doors. If you find that the times will not work for you, please let us know and we will make special accomodations. We love the chance to brag about your kiddo's!! Thanksgiving - Our school will be closed on Thursday, November 28th and Friday, November 29th for Thanksgiving.

Chestnut Hill Fall Festival

Date : October 24th

Time : 6:00-7:00pm

Description : An evening filled with games, crafts, contests, and most of all FUN!

KDI 54: Social Studies- Community roles: Children recognize that people have different roles and functions in community During play, take turns being the child and the community helper. Pretend you are the child asking for help and let your child be the community helper. (Dress-up costumes can encourage independent role playing as well).

Help your little one look through magazines and find words that begin with the same letter as their name. Use a crayon and have your child circle the letters. Fun times!
