Wow! What a wonderful summer! We had an amazing time and we want to thank all of you for choosing our Summer Camp. We look forward to having a wonderful time next year as well. Now lets get ready for Back to School ! Fall is just around the corner and with fall brings Leaves, New classrooms, New lesson plans , Family nights, and alot cooler weather:) Our teachers have made their classrooms fresh in apprearance and they have received their new classroom rosters. We are ready for a Bang out School year! We also want to remind everyone that our Annual Registration fees will be billed the first week of September. KDI 25: Language, Literacy and Communication- Alphabetic Knowledge: Children identify letter names and their sounds.

Alphabet knowledge is also considered a component of concept of print. This includes knowledge of the names of each letter, the order of the alphabet, recognition of each upper-case and lower-case letter, and knowing the difference between letters and words. Alphabet Knowledge includes recognizing all the letters of the alphabet by name. This includes recognizing upper-case and lower-case letters. To help your child with alphabetic knowledge read, read and read.


January:

Hold your baby and investigate what they see in the mirror. Point out the different parts of their body (toes, head, fingers) and then point them out on yourself. Use words to describe the different parts of you. Talk about what each part does.
